Agbawe Archives works from Accra as a fine art photography and visual storytelling studio. The archive sells prints, but it is not built around transaction alone. It keeps records, develops projects, and gives each image enough room to be read.

Joshua Acquah Addo
Manager & Creative Director
I'm a creative and systems builder, creating systems that would outlive me and create global impact. I run Agbawe Archives day-to-day and hold the final word on creative direction. In practice, that means staying close to the work at every stage, from the first idea to what actually goes out. I came into this to build something that lasts, not something that looks good for a season. Accra has stories worth telling by people who actually live inside them, and that's what Agbawe Archives exists to do. Building it with Prince and Flow means making sure the work gets that kind of attention every time.
Prince El-Sha Martey
Creative Partner & Director of Photography
I'm a fine art photographer passionate about expressing raw emotions, culture, and concepts through my work. I've mastered the art of spotting beauty and meaning in the subtle details of everyday life. I create artwork that invites viewers to pause and look again. I co-founded Agbawe Archives with Josh and Flow, where I serve as Creative Partner & Director of Photography.
Flow Mensah
Creative Content Director
I'm Flow Mensah, a visual artist and photographer based in Accra, Ghana. I tell my stories through my camera. My greatest passion is going out into my community to capture the raw beauty, rich culture, and everyday spirit of where I am from. My goal is simple: to use my lens to tell authentic stories about my people, honor our Ghanaian heritage, and share the soul of my community with the world. I co-founded Agbawe Archives with Josh and Prince, and I now serve as Creative Content Director.
Elsie Ocra
Admin & Head of Research
I keep Agbawe running, and I keep it informed. Half my work is the parts nobody sees on the feed, the systems and the follow-through. The other half is digging into whatever the studio needs to know before we act on it. I love art, mostly through photography, and I think that's part of why I thrive doing this. I'm in the control room a lot, organizing, coordinating, holding the connections that keep things moving. Making the vision actually happen gives me the same joy as standing in front of the finished work.
Sefakor Anaglo
Secretary & Research Assistant
I handle the record and the research behind it. Whatever Agbawe needs to know before it moves, whatever needs to be tracked, written down, or looked into properly, that's where I come in.
Michelangelo Uko
Administrative Assistant
I design in pixels and sew in reality. AI isn't a tool I reach for, it's a creative partner, from the first idea to the final image. Every piece I make carries a story, and that's the same intentionality I bring to my work at Agbawe.
Hannah Sossoe
Social Media and Community Manager
I run how Agbawe shows up online, from Instagram to the mailing list. My job is making sure the work reaches people the way it deserves to, without losing what makes it real.
Emmanuel Osei Kwarteng
Designer
I turn ideas into things people can actually see and feel. Design, strategy, and instinct, all working together so the visuals say exactly what they need to say. Outside of that, I'm usually exploring something creative in some other form: photography, music, football, movies, content, whatever's pulling my attention that week. It all feeds back into the work eventually.
Emeka Kalu Awa
Writer
I write for Agbawe Archives. Whatever the studio needs put into words, captions, essays, the Journal, the language that sits underneath a photograph, that's where I come in.
