Packaging
All prints are dispatched rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in rigid tubes. Unframed prints for Accra delivery can optionally be collected flat.
Damage & returns
If your print arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the print within 24 hours of delivery and email us. We will replace the print at no cost. We do not accept returns for change of mind — but we take full responsibility for damage in transit.
